It is impossible to set up a Genius Bar appointment on line anymore—first you have to be shunted through a website and a call, and you cannot call the store directly. This is a TOTAL waste of time when you know not only what the problem is, but also the impossibility of it being fixed on line. Apple wants nothing more than to make customer service convenient for Apple but not the customer.
