After a bit of a mix up with one of our registry items (not the fault of Babies R Us) Sam was able to track down the item for us. She spent a long time trying to help us, making numerous calls and she eventually was able to solve the problem. She really went above and beyond to help us and was so polite and personable! Thanks, Sam!
